
CHOCKY ROCKS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups SR Flour, sifted
4 cups Cornflakes
1 packet milk choc chips
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs, mix well. Add vanilla, sifted flour, choc chips and 2 cups cornflakes. Roll dessertspoonfuls of mixture into balls and rollin extra cornflakes. Place on greased baking tray. Bake at 180c for 10 minutes.
They are delicious and the kids LOVE them.
